Stop Sponsoring Trouble In The State. APC To Wike
The Rivers chapter of the Allย Progressive Congress APC has accused the Governor of Rivers state, Bar. Nyesom Wike of sponsoring political cases against the party in the state in order to destabilize it and cause disaffection among its members.
The Chairman of the APC caretaker committee in Rivers State, Isaac Ogbobula made this know to newsmen on Friday in Abuja, adding that rather than the Governor to concentrate on developing the infrastructure and well being of the State, he is rather misapplying state resources which has adversely affected the people of the state.
Ogbobula also laudedย the court of appeal and Supreme court for vacating the ruling of a Rivers state High court which restrained the Rivers state chapter of the APC from participating in the ongoing Nation wide member ship registration and re validation exercise.
Earlier, the first Deputy Mayor of Port Harcourt City, Mrs. Nancy Stephens-Ijaopo called on all members of the party to put their differences aside and come together to move to party to greater heights.
