Distinguished Sen. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, Senator Representing Cross River North Senatorial District, has been appointed, Vice Chairman, Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs.
This was contained in an announcement  made earlier on the floor of the senate by the President of the Senate, Senator Dr. Ahmed Lawan.
It would be recalled that Sen. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe was recently sworn in as Senator representing Cross River North after the demise of Sen. Rose Oko. Agom had a running battle with the State Governor, Prof Ben Ayade until the Court of Appeal recently set aside the matter and declared Jarigbe as the duly elected Senator.
